Client policies

SECTION 1: APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

* Appointments are confirmed once the required deposit is received.
* Booking details must be completed accurately.
* Appointments without deposit are not secured and may be released.
* No same day appointments.


SECTION 2: DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

* A non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment.
* Deposits are applied toward the total service price.
* Remaining balance is due the day of the appointment at the end of service.
* No refunds are issued once a service has started.


SECTION 3: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

* Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
* Same-day cancellations are not accommodated.
* No-shows are not accommodated.
* Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.


SECTION 4: LATE POLICY

* A 10 minute grace period is allowed (WHEN COMMUNICATED).
* After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied.
* Appointments more that 20 minutes late may be cancelled at the stylist's discretion.


SECTION 5: HAIR PREPERATION REQUIREMENTS

* Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and free of heavy oils or product buildup.
* Hair must be blow-dried completely.
* Appointments may be cancelled if hair preparation requirements are not met.


SECTION 6: STYLE SELECTION AND SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

* Clients are responsible for selecting the correct style, size, and length at booking.
* Reference photos are encouraged; however, results may vary.
* Any concerns must be communicated before leaving the appointment.


SECTION 7: HAIR PROVIDED & ADD-ONS

* Please review whether hair is included with your selected service.
* Incorrect hair type, length, or color may cause delays, additional fees, or cancellations.
* Add-ons must be selected during booking or approved prior to the appointment.


SECTION 8: GUESTS & SERVICE ENVIORNMENT

* No extra guests are allowed unless previously discussed and APPROVED.
* Disruptions may result in cancellation of the appointment.


SECTION 9: HEALTH & SCALP CONDITIONS

* Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to service.
* Services will be refused if lice, open sores, or contagious conditions are present.
* Tightness or discomfort must be communicated during the service.


SECTION 10: REFUNDS, REDOS & ADJUSTMENTS

* All services are non-refundable.
* Redo's are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
* Dissatisfaction due to personal preference does not qualify for adjustments.
* Concerns must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.


SECTION 11: MEDIA & CONTENT USAGE

* Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio or social media use.
* Client identity will not be shared without permission.


SECTION 12: POLICY UPDATES

* Policies are subject to change at any time.
* It is the clients responsibility to review policies prior to booking.
